INDIRA COMMON ADMISSION
PROCESS (PGDM) 2024-25

Eligibility: A candidate is declared eligible for PGDM Courses,

A candidate is declared eligible for PGDM Courses, on passing the degree examination of a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum 45% marks for backward class from any state in India. Backward class candidates' applications must be accompanied by relevant caste certificates and non-creamy layer certificates at the time of confirming the admission. The absence of such certificates at the time of submitting the application form for admission disqualifies them from reserved category seats, and such candidates will be considered for the open/general category. Final year degree students, who have not received their results are allowed to appear for the admission process, provided at the time of admission they have a certificate from their college/university about being a final year student awaiting the result.

Before applying for the admission process for ISBS PGDM Programs, candidates must have a written test score of any of the following tests: CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/ G-MAT/ MAH-CET Or should be appearing for anyone these tests and produce Test Scorecard at the time of admission if shortlisted.

Candidates are shortlisted for admission to ISBS PGDM Programs based on: Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) - 2024

Admission to ISBS PGDM Program will be confirmed on the performance of candidates in the following parameters -

*Note: The percentile scores of different entrance tests are normalized by using a multiplier.

Process for ICAP – 2024-25

Stage 1: Registration for ICAP

Candidates are required to fill up the ICAP online registration form for GD-PI, and Counselling, available on www.icap.indiraisbs.ac.in

Online registration for the ICAP process begins on 5 th November 2023 and ends on 30 th April 2024 for the candidates appearing in Indore, Ranchi, Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Raipur, Jamshedpur, Gwalior & Kanpur.

For the Pune location, ICAP Registration will close on 10 th May 2024.

Stage 2: GD, PI & Counselling Process

Candidates are required to be present in their choice of the city for ICAP process of GD, PI, and Counselling or may request presence in another city. The GD-PI, and Counselling process will be conducted in the following cities on the dates mentioned against them:

While filling form, students are required to give their preference for PGDM institutes in Indira Group of Institutes and various programs if any within each institute and thus the merit lists are formed as per preference stated by students.

Stage 3: Merit List for Admission

  • Merit lists for admission will be displayed on the institute website and on the campus notice board on the 3 rd or 4 th week of May 2024.
  • Depending upon the score of students they will be offered respective courses/programs and or placed on the waiting list.
  • Merit list will be displayed as per sanctioned PGDM Program Intake i.e.: - PGDM E-Business Management, PGDM General, and PGDM Marketing.
  • For PGDM admission in the year 2024-25 two merit lists will be displayed i.e. 1 st merit list and 2 nd merit list. However, 2 nd merit list will be displayed subject to the availability of seats from 1 st merit list. After 2 nd merit list, any further seats available will be filled through a counseling round for which notification will be published on the ISBS PGDM website.
  • Any further vacant seats are filled through a notification on the website through an institutional level process entailing PI on a first come first served basis, and entails walk-in candidates, referred candidates, etc.

ICAP PROCESS FLOW - 2024

After the display of the 1 st merit list, if any seats are available, the 2 nd Merit list will be displayed in the 1 st week of June 2024.

Communication to Students for GD /PI process with venue details for selected ICAP Locations 20 th March 2024 till 30 th April 2024 (multiple-level communication through Email, SMS, Calling/ ICAP Web site, etc.)
Students to attend GD /PI process at a specified ICAP Location Students to appear for ICAP Centre as per their preference filled in Online Form March 21, 2024 – Pune April 3, 2024 – Indore, Nagpur, Jamshedpur & Lucknow April 09, 2024 – Bhopal, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Gwalior, Kanpur & Patna April 17, 2024 – Jamshedpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Kolkata May 1, 2024 - Pune
1 st Merit List Display - 1 st merit will be displayed on 3 rd / 4 th week of May 2024. Based on GD/PI Marks and other components as specified by AICTE, students will be shortlisted for the 1 st Merit List
Payment of fees - Students who are shortlisted in the 1 st merit list will have to confirm admission by verifying their documents from ISBS Admission Team and paying requisite fees (1 st installment) in a specified time by DD or Cheque to confirm their admission.
2 nd Merit List Display -
Payment of fees - Students who are shortlisted in the 2nd merit list will have to confirm admission by verifying their documents from ISBS Admission Team and make payment of requisite fees (1 st installment) in a specified time by DD or Cheque to confirm their admission.
Notification of Counselling round After 2 nd merit list is over, if any seats are available, notification for vacant seats will be published on the ISBS PGDM website.
Vacant Seats Process Any further vacant seats will be filled through the institute-level PI process (walk- in students/referrals etc.)

1st year

  • 1 st Year - On admission Confirmation: 1, 00, 000 /-
  • 1st Installment: INR 1,50,000 on or before 31st Aug 2024
  • 2nd Installment: INR 1,50,000 on or before 30th Sept 2024
  • 3rd Installment: INR 1,00,000 on or before 31st Oct 2024

2nd year

  • INR 4,00,000 to be paid on or before 30th June 2025

Note:Cancellation of Admission and refund of Fees will be as per AICTE Policy.
